A Little About Us
More than a school, more like a family.
Here at St. Joseph Catholic School, we desire to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
We live out that desire by ensuring that every aspect of our day is built on serving and loving those in our community – here in the school, in our neighborhoods, and in the world. Each family at our school feels that commitment to their children as soon as they walk in the door.
Come, join us as we partner together to provide your child with an excellent, Catholic education that develops the whole person and prepares each child to live a Christ-centered life in a global world.
What is different at St. Joseph Catholic School?
We know each person is created in God’s image and we treat them like the miracles that they are, with love, compassion, and kindness.
Serving others honors what we’ve been taught in the Gospels by following Jesus’ example of serving those around Him.
Whether it’s with our time, talents, or treasures, we believe that all we have is from God, and it’s our responsibility to share those gifts with others.
Meet our Principal, Peggy Frederickson
Hi! I’m Peggy, the Principal here at St. Joseph Catholic School and I am honored to be serving your children and the staff here at SJCS. I can truly say I feel privileged to lead such an amazing staff. It is my God-given calling.
When you walk through our doors, you will see a community that supports one another through the good and the bad. We know that God gave us each other so that when tough times hit, we have someone to lean on and when good times are present, we have others to celebrate with. Our goal has always been to have a tight-knit community that brings out the best in your children, helping them become all that God intended.
I can’t wait to meet you and look forward to learning more about you and your family!

What Our Families Say
Matt Beirne
We have a rare gem right in Saint Joseph – a Catholic education where faith and values are discussed each day that help nurture our children in a rapidly changing and confusing world. The quality of teaching is exceptional and there is a strong sense community amongst the students, faculty, staff, and parents. We would not want our children anywhere else!

Friends are like family! The smaller class sizes allow for individual focused attention for students. The students learn to expand their knowledge base thanks to the challenging, yet fun and engaging curriculum. We are happy we chose SJCS for our elementary education!
